Thanks for the video. I'm a Tempestus player, with a 2/2/2/2 (2 storms with mech, 2 scouts with sniper rifle, 2 units of bikes, Marquand and a Walker). The Tempestus cards are good, but throwing mostly white saving dices for Empire isn't the best way to perform with this faction, sadly. I feel like a walker or bikes list will be better with the almighty Blizzard Force. I really feel like I need some tools to be able to fight different list, making it a very pleasant list to fight against, but not the funniest one to play.
Neat thing about the speeder bikes and the Tempest Force 1 pip... is that speeders can displace Troopers on a compulsory move, so can trigger the effect of the Tempest Force 1 pip and get some free wounds on a unit they just ran over.

The white saves with Scouts and the Bikes are tough and I think Blizzard is the better of the two Battle Forces...
