@@cruisecrazy7066 We appreciate that. Thank you for your comment. We are simply replying, if our content is not to your liking. That is completely fine and we recommend watching other videos on CZcams as well as ours. As there are many with lots of varied styles of filming and content. We still have another 7 days worth of content to go up on CZcams every Friday at 6 pm, where we show plenty of the ship. This was our embarkation day. We had only been on the ship a few hours, we had to check in, unpack, watch our muster drill video, we went for dinner and drinks, went to bed. We spent a lot of time in the cabin as I have disabilities and needed to rest after a busy day of travel. Apologies! Again, we really appreciate your opinion and thanks for watching ☺️
With the amount of cruising you guys do you should buy some cruise luggage tag holders there pretty cheap and can save the annoyance of forgetting tape or trying to find someone to staple the tag on for you, Also nice video tyfs - did skip the recap bit but that’s personal preference thanks for the time stamp. It’s on my bucket list to do an Alaskan cruise on sky princess. So it’s nice to see the ships as much as possible

We’ve sailed on Sky Princess out of Southampton twice, and even going through the ‘Blue Lane’ we’ve been on the ship in 20 mins after we’ve dropped off our cases. It’s always been really well organised and quick.
We found the whole process from arriving to the cruise terminal to getting onboard the ship such a well laid out stress free procedure. Everything was so easy. Everything was well signed, the staff pointed us in the right direction and all extremely friendly. It's probably the quickest/easiest embarkation we've done. We will definitely sail with Princess again. Thanks for watching and commenting xx

Hey Sarah, Jessica and I decided to pay the $90 gratuities before we got onboard. We don't normally do this. We normally wait until the end of the cruise. But on this occasion we both had the money, so decided to pay it before so we didn't receive a huge bill at the end.
Once we got onboard, about 2 days into the sailing we checked our onboard accounts and noticed we both were getting charged $16 dollars a day for gratuities. Jessica visited guest services and explained to them we had paid before hand and they apologised and we didn't have the problem again 🙂. We hope you have a lovely time onboard, we certainly did. You are so courteous and treat staff well. Have seen many other cruise videos where the presenters are loud, snobbish and think they know it all.
Thanks ardon. We always aim to tell the viewers the truth. If we don't know something or unsure of something we will mention that we aren't sure. Some viewers will hang of every word we say and take what we say as gospel. If we are wrong and the viewers try it on their next cruise. We could get a unpleasant message etc etc. So we always say on camera if we're not sure. That way we cannot get into trouble. Also the staff work extremely long hours away from their families for months at a time. So we always try and be courteous to the staff. They work so hard to look after all of us. P&O Iona & Britannia are totally different ships capacities. Britannia is 3647 and Iona is 5200. Arvia & Ioan are the same capacity.

Omg jess and I are so jealous. We had an absolutely brilliant time onboard. We are sure you will too. Lucy the Cruise Director is lovely and Alex works so hard to ensure we all have a fantastic holiday. We found the food to be the best food we've ever had on a cruise ship too. We're so jealous lol. What is the difference between Princess and p and o
They are two completely different cruise lines. P&O are British and Princess is American but they both offer cruises. It's a bit like Tesco and Walmart, their both supermarkets offering the same things but are different companies. Thanks very much for watching and commenting xx

I’m sorry, but this was an hour of my life I’m not getting back. It was so boring ! Showed absolutely nothing. I’m sorry to be blunt, but watched you for years and I think you’ve lost it. Need to up your game to regain the faith. Unsure how you are being nominated for awards.
Hi Mike, we are sorry you feel this way, especially after being a loyal viewer/subscriber for many years. All I can say is.... IF you can bring yourself to watch last night's vlog the 1st say 4 minutes will explain a few things on why we didn't "Show absolutely nothing"
As for the "Unsure how we are being nominated for awards" comment. We never expect to win any awards, Jessica and I are not professionals or ever claim to be professional. We're simply a Husband and Wife who love travelling and decided during lockdown to document our trips after I was made redundant. These vlogs we put up are not just for people to watch but their also for Jessica and I to look back on, in years to come and for our children to hopefully watch when we're long gone. But I will say.... We must be doing something right to be nominated in the first place. We hope you'll continue to watch the rest of this series and let us know your thoughts at the end. If you feel at the end "We've still lost it" than perhaps don't watch us anymore?

Thank you for replying. I’m not a keyboard warrior happy to criticise at will, I just wanted to give some feedback as I enjoyed much of what you produced in the early days. Your enthusiasm and excitement comes across so much, but the last few series it’s become very much of a talking ‘channel’ with little ship/destination content. The 2nd Princess vlog consisted of talk in the cabin, meal time and bingo sheets.
Jess talks of ‘Brand’ Heather and CZcams channels, along with so many collaborating freebies, it seems much more than personal clips for you to look back on. More of a business venture, therefore you attract attention, not always positive.
I’m sure if you produced more out and about content, rather than chat content, you would be looking at 10.000 subscribers rather than the 3,000 listed. I look for vloggers who can show we exciting content and physical evidence of what a ship/destination looks like, and this is why I raised my opinion.
I sincerely wish you well in both your CZcams channel and health issues.
@@mikesmales3403 It started off being a channel for us to look back on and hopefully help viewers out. We had no idea that the vlogs would be popular and we get a lot of viewers. The thought of being nominated for awards totally blew our minds. But yes... I get what you are saying xx
