A little something to add to the Dead by Daylight Easter Egg. The Entity (the in-game God) can only recreate vague copies of the worlds it pull Survivors and Killers from. It's most likely that Gordon is only there because Amanda (The Pig) or Detective Tapp (for some reason) remember his body being there. While The Entity can create copies of worlds it infects, it can only do so with what information it has. Otherwise it makes up the rest and shoves it in there. ... I don't know why, I really like the Lore of Dead by Daylight, as dumb as it can be sometimes.
In TR Legend, there are five hidden conversations to be heard, two in the first level and three in the second. I don't think there are any others but I could be wrong. I know it's an older game but we all know you like hidden conversations.
In GTAV & GTAV Online; after a while of driving or sitting in a car with the radio on, your character will start to move their head back & forth (& smile in online) suggesting that they like the music.

In COD Mobile Battle Royale’s Isolated map, if you drop at the Sanitarium you can find a graffiti on the wall which points towards a closed door and has a picture of a teddy bear with “X8” written next to it. You can then search the Sanitarium to find 8 randomly spawning teddy bears. Shoot them until they burst into confetti then if you return to the door it’ll be open. Inside is some loot and a teddy bear holding a blood-stained, flaming axe, with two smaller teddy bears standing behind them. Wouldn’t have found this one if it weren’t for your videos, they made me realize something was up the second I saw a teddy on the ground in a COD game.
For Dead by Daylight one, The Entity creates maps using killers' memories and thoughts since it doesn't know much about our actual world. In this case it is The Pig's, Amanda's, map. She prepared that trap with John and we know that she makes her traps impossible to escape from to make sure that subjects die. So she thinks that Gordon should've died there and shouldn't have escaped.
An eater egg I think you might have missed is that in Batman Arkham city when you first enter right before your knocked out if you look up at the building you can see azreal and if you look at him too long he disappears.

In AC Valhalla there is a side quest where you are offered a cake as a reward. Once finished you won't get a cake and Eivor says: "so the cake is a lie". When you than wanna leave the conversation the NPC says : "stay a while and listen". So that's to games references in one conversation. Just love it :)

I thought it was a good attention to detail.

I have a theory on why Doctor Gordon is in the bathroom of DBD So, along with the Gideon Meat Plant being added, we got two characters, Detective Tapp and Amanda Young as the Pig and, in the movies, Amanda dislikes when the victims survive the traps when they should have lost which, Gordon technically did, so, to fuel Amanda's killer drive, it created this fake Gordon in it's realm to show Amanda how it should of been in her eyes
for anyone wondering about the DBD one the entity ( who Is the main villain of the game but isn't a killer she's just kind of the god of the universe) creates realms for the trials to take place but they always end up a bit off with generators and pallets scattered around a cowboy village and stuff like that so the entity probably got confused and though that gordon would have died in the bathroom

I have a couple of easter eggs that you may or may bot have covered, in AC Valhalla, some merchants sell “Fantastic flowers and where to find them” an obvious reference to Fantastic beasts and where to find them. off of Valhalla, another easter egg is in fallout 76, at the pumpkin house, the mr. handy robot is named jack, a reference to jack skeleton, the pumpkin king.
I dunno if this counts but in Cyberdimension Neptunia, there's a dungeon that will be unlocked as part of the story which is the Unreal World. Aside from being a clever, multi-layered joke/reference (since Neptunia is about gaming references, the cast is actually playing a VRMMO that runs on UE4, the game itself is made using UE4, etc.), the dungeon is literally the Unreal Engine 4's "Content Examples" project file made as a playable dungeon.
The thing with Gordon in The Game map isn't a mistake. The Entity (basically an eldritch being of DbD lore) takes these locations from a specific point in time and only approximately recreates them as it doesn't understand what is and isn't concretely there. Which is why all the maps are randomly generated each time with different tiles. So in other words, when the Entity was recreating the Gideon Meat Packing Plant, it didn't know that Gordon had escaped and thus assumed he would've died there. Likely meaning that it would've taken the map into its realm not long after Tapp got his throat slashed in the first movie. As Tapp also has a scar on his throat in the game for that very reason.
He sings a “song” repeating “smack my bishop” in different tones once you win. I bout fell out my chair on that one. It’s hilarious.
The SAW Easter egg in Dead by Daylight could actually be from Scary Movie 4 where Dr Phil cuts off the wrong foot while trapped with Shaq.

Map: The Lighthouse - It is on a second storey windowsill which is relatively difficult to access normally.
Go onto the roof which would allow access to the top of the lighthouse.
Go to the furthest point while staying next to the lighthouse.
Jump across the wall of the lighthouse whilst repeatedly pressing 'E'
The crowbar should be on the windowsill of the window on the wall.

OK. I have a theory on why Doctor Gordon is in the bathroom of DBD
So, along with the Gideon Meat Plant being added, we got two characters, Detective Tapp and Amanda Young as the Pig and, in the movies, Amanda dislikes when the victims survive the traps when they should have lost which, Gordon technically did, so, to fuel Amanda's killer drive, it created this fake Gordon in it's realm to show Amanda how it should of been in her eyes

for anyone wondering about the DBD one the entity ( who Is the main villain of the game but isn't a killer she's just kind of the god of the universe) creates realms for the trials to take place but they always end up a bit off with generators and pallets scattered around a cowboy village and stuff like that so the entity probably got confused and though that gordon would have died in the bathroom

The Valhalla one…Ubisoft loves showing items of interest, and intractable objects with yellow paint. It being a X seems like a rainbow six siege callout no doubt. However, Rainbow Six is Ubisoft’s most popular game. And anyone who plays Rainbow Six would instantly recognize it as breakable. I think it’s a gameplay decision, as well as being an easter egg

I have a couple of easter eggs that you may or may bot have covered, in AC Valhalla, some merchants sell “Fantastic flowers and where to find them” an obvious reference to Fantastic beasts and where to find them. off of Valhalla, another easter egg is in fallout 76, at the pumpkin house, the mr. handy robot is named jack, a reference to jack skeleton, the pumpkin king.
In AC Valhalla, in Vinland, I think near the starting village, there is a chance that the song, "British Empire" from Black Flag will play.
I dunno if this counts but in Cyberdimension Neptunia, there's a dungeon that will be unlocked as part of the story which is the Unreal World. Aside from being a clever, multi-layered joke/reference (since Neptunia is about gaming references, the cast is actually playing a VRMMO that runs on UE4, the game itself is made using UE4, etc.), the dungeon is literally the Unreal Engine 4's "Content Examples" project file made as a playable dungeon.

The thing with Gordon in The Game map isn't a mistake. The Entity (basically an eldritch being of DbD lore) takes these locations from a specific point in time and only approximately recreates them as it doesn't understand what is and isn't concretely there. Which is why all the maps are randomly generated each time with different tiles.
So in other words, when the Entity was recreating the Gideon Meat Packing Plant, it didn't know that Gordon had escaped and thus assumed he would've died there. Likely meaning that it would've taken the map into its realm not long after Tapp got his throat slashed in the first movie. As Tapp also has a scar on his throat in the game for that very reason.
