Would love if you shared some insight on the orthopedic spine versus neurosurgical spine pathways, in terms of conditions treated, work volume, etc. I guess perhaps it ultimately comes down on whether you are interested in operating on the brain as well, but maybe it is more than just that. I apologize if this is an often-asked question, but am interested in hearing your perspective.

After the exchange in Europe, I realized that I wanted to become a Neurosurgeon. I tried to watch all your videos and I got more and more inspired. I would like to ask if there is an opportunity for a foreigner like me to get an internship with you? And how often do foreigners become neurosurgeons in the USA ? Amazing! thank you very much for the content Dr. Rutkowski. While I do appreciate the channel and the projection of where its going, its hard for those of us who are much more interested in the topic of neurosurgery to be fulfilled by a short video. I would suggest a more clinical second channel in approaches of treating patients. Education is such a valuable aspect and yet globally its very challenging to have quality education like yourself. Here are some examples
    - how do you treat brain tumors,
    - what are the common therapeutic approaches,
    - where does the current field of neurosurgery stand
    - what are some of the challenges in neurosurgery
    - Global neurosurgery
    - I can keep going but I think people would appreciate a more clinical second channels to raise curiosity and interest.I can't imagine how motivated I would be seeing a day in the life of a neurosurgeon. Thank you sir.
