How I did the watercolour effect
Materials
-thick plastic sheet
-brush pens/colour markers
1. Apply/scribble colours on top of the plastic sheet
2. Then use some water to mix the colour in for a gradient effect
3. Make sure the water consistency is enough to blend and soak into the paper so it doesn’t turn out try
4. Compress the sheet onto paper/anywhere you want and you’re done

Some people are saying they don't have enough materials. If you wanna make stickers you can draw them ( like I do) print them and then put blue tack or clear tape on. For the aesthetic feel you can rip a brown bag you don't need and a book that's kinda torn and you don't need anymore if you're making something similar to her. For the washi tape you can use brown or silver duck tape and cut it! So don't worry and just have as much fun as you can! All you have to do is appreciate the materials you have at home

I journal almost everyday, but often rip out pages if I feel I was being too negative.

I dont rip them out. When I'm angry or write something negative, it's a way to get those feelings out. Don't take that away from yourselves ladies! When I go back and look through my journals, it's a way of realizing just how strong you are. You see the negativity but know that you worked through it, and that's awesome!
Sometimes, if it happens, I cover it with something that makes me happy or paint over. (Or rip, whichever feels better 😅)

I've actually gotten into journaling alot this year, been broke countless of times bc of this lol but journaling makes me so happy and calm ! Atm, I try to do 1-2 pages a day or at least 4 pages a week. Since school has started and anxiety has risen, journaling has always made me centred and just well in general. I love it and I don't think I'll ever quit journaling 🤍

Well. The modern Journaling mainly depends on who is the one making it.. like if she wanted to put designs and stuffs and mementos in *her* journal its up to her. I love writing also and i make my Journal more like a everyday diary.. 😂

Honestly what I really love about Journaling is that you can actually use anything(not literally) like some random page in the magazine, newspaper, books, etc.. and have fun doing it too🤎
I journal anywhere from every few days to every few weeks, but I essentially come up with a theme, and then either after I finish the page, or the next day/week I write in a poem that fits the general theme or vibe of the page I made. I date all the pages on the day I make them (not the day I add the poem, and I don't include the year just the month and day) I think its a good way to decompress and relax while also having a creative outlet
fun fact: in my country, everyone is praising the movie Joker yet also telling people young people to not watch it. at least 5 adults have told me not to watch it. im not lying when i say almost the whole city is freaking out about it. but i still wanna watch it tho ://

HOLYKDMDKSKKS I feel like we’re the same person. I was SO hyped to go see it with my friends but unfortunately there are body guards there that check IDs and since I’m 13, I obviously don’t have one and they would kick us out. It’s a bummer but understandable.

Yeah, 13 is young to watch that movie, at least alone with friends your age. I believe it would be better to watching at home, with your parents or someone that can explain mental health, and how bad and dangerous can be if not getting help. Joker is a marvelous movie, and it is important to see, how bad this World treats People with mental problems.

So I try to journal everyday, but often I feel like not enough happened that is worth writing down, so I only end up journaling a once or twice a week (unless a lot happens, for example if I'm traveling)

I honestly, have been journaling for the past 3 months. I journal pretty much everyday, I will never get bored of journaling 💀
i usually journal once or twice a week, mostly on friday. i write what happend during school, things i want to do on the weekends, and then i just journal on any other day :)

Actually, you can start a journal/scrapbook without all these fancy things. Old magazines, newspapers, and double-sided tape goes a long way.
One great way to make stickers is buying shipping labels($3-4). You just put them in the printer, cut em up and you can have all the stickers your heart desires.

It felt good seeing you switch headers and stuff because it makes me feel that it's okay to make mistakes during journaling (I'm saying this cause most people expect these kinda aesthetic videos to be near perfect if not exactly perfect and that puts a lot of pressure on the one who makes these vids - I am one like that, I doubt myself and second guess all my work but I hope I'll get better) Also like I have been binge watching a lot of journaling vids cause I'm planning on doing my first ever journaling and want to record and upload it too but let's see if I'm courageous enough to do that.
