It has to be clarified that our concerned Hon'ble Minister and MLA for 41 AC Tizit, Shri Paiwang Konyak and Ms. Phangnon Konyak, Hon'ble MP Rajya Sabha were nudging NHIDCL for the proposal of the bridge to go through. Without which it would have been difficult. My report was just the catalyst. It could have been anyone else. Like I said, I was just lucky.
So the Administration of Tizit Hq. is headed by SDO(C)?

@@khamhikonyak4614ADC was on official leave and the current charge of ADC was given to SDO(C) during the official leave period by DC. Normal office procedure. And like I said, DC asked for a report, I prepared and sent it. It could have been anyone, be it ADC or EAC.. It was a culmination of efforts by our MLA & Minister for 41 AC., District Administration and concerned leaders.

I was unaware that ADC Tizit holds a nominal role in Tizit's Administration, with SDO (Civil) claiming credit for all actions, despite the fact that ADC should supervise his activities.
Furthermore, it is likely that SDO (Civil) Tizit collaborated with ADC Tizit and DC Mon to seek approval for the bridge construction proposal. Without their consent, the SDO (Civil) cannot submit the proposal to NHIDCL. The transition of Namtola-Mon Road from PWD to NHIDCL was not immediate. Minister Shri. P. Paiwang Konyak initiated the process, and the Cabinet approved it, aiming to enhance the well-being of residents in Mon District, Nagaland, and neighboring states. The success of this initiative is a result of collective efforts from the Hon'ble MLAs of Mon District, District Administration, Tizit Hq. Administration, and various Civil Societies. However, attributing sole credit to SDO (Civil) Tizit alone is not suitable.
