Je suis navré, je ne connais pas le nom du compositeur. La danse ainsi que la musique proviennent d'une reconstruction de Richard Powers de l'université de Stanford.

It took me a while to find out, but it us "The Plunger" by Thomas S. Allen (1876-1919). I haven't found a decent recording yet.
