  • Were still truckn on the FJ, with spare tire carrier and bleeding the brakes. I built a tool for bleeding brakes that I've had in my head for 10 or so years and it works flawless! We run up to get the jet boat out of storage and get her ready for our first event of the season, Will it start and run with no problems? lets find out together. Also the introduction and sneak peek of the Blazer, Future project coming back to the shop soon!

I feel your pain! I’m currently working on my 74 with many similar issues where I too am replacing or repairing wrong or badly installed parts.

Haha. Love the ingenuity. I love the boat but I love the blazer more. Get that motor in it and take it for a rip!

That's Kool Travis. I might have to rig one of those myself. That would work great on my Semi when I am down underneath measuring the slack adjusters, instead of always asking the wife to come out and do it!

Hey the easiest way to bleed hydrulics is run a hose from the bleeder nipple into a bottle or container with brake fluid in it open the bleeder and pump the pedal several times close the bleeder and check the system. That wont cost you anything but brake fluid note the hose from the bleeder nipple must be submerged in the brake fluid during the bleeding process.
