The woodshop will measure about 3.6 meters by 8.3 meters and will be 3.9 meters tall. In the third episode the contractors continues working and almost everything that can go wrong goes wrong.

Nobody would probably believe me that it took about 3 months for them to build this structure. Luckily I got it all on video 😀
I would have believed you, but seeing the video showed me that I would have considerably underestimated the volume of work. All this energy wasted that could have been used to build (properly) 2 additional structures,(?) if experienced and efficient carpenters had been used? The general contractor must have lost money on your project for sure!

Man kan ju undra hur många "hus" dom här grabbarna smällt upp till kunder som inte vet något om byggnation och trott allt gått rätt till?!! Man blir ju förbannad av att bara tänka på det!
Får vara glad för din skull att du vet vad som gäller och kunde påvisa alla fel de gjorde!
Ja, det här kunde ha gått riktigt illa, men allt är okej nu. Kan bara tänka mig hur det skulle gått om man låtit dem fortsätta utan att säga till. Det hade blivit rivning då. Ha en bra vecka, nytt avsnitt till helgen.

Ja det blev inte riktigt som jag hade tänkt mig. Hade varit lugnare om jag hade byggt det själv. Garaget som står bredvid har jag byggt själv med hjälp av nåhra vänner och det har stått där i 20 år nu. Ah en fantastisk söndag Ylva!

Hej Anton, Jag tog in 4 offerter och jag valde faktiskt inte den billigaste utan den näst dyraste. Så det är säkerligen som du säger, men inte i det här fallet. Förväntningarna var höga då jag även pratat med andra som var väldigt nöjda med denna hantverkaren. Problemet var att han tog in underentreprenörer vilket han inte brukade göra. 9:07, är det vanligt att skarva de liggade 45:ornar på det där sättet med en skarvbit på ovansidan?
Vore det inte bättre att kapa dem så att skarvarna kommer över de stående reglarna?
De kunde de absolut ha gjort, men de saknade nog ett par hjärnceller. Däremot kommer det inte påverka väggarna på något negativt sätt. Om det hade gjort det hade jag själv gjort om det. Ha en fantastisk tisdag!
GAH! Ja det där skulle MAX tagit 2.5 vecka, brutalt uselt.
Ja absolut. Det var en rätt så jobbig tid med tanke på att elektriker och väemepumpsinstallation var ju också inbokade med tanke på att det skulle ta 2,5 veckor. Däremot så kan jag ju säga att jag betalade i alla fall inte för mer än 2,5 veckors jobb. Kanske ska göra en video framöver vad det hela slutade på. Ha en fantastisk söndag!

Svensk huvudentreprenör. Svenska underentreprenörer. Första teamet och hälften av andra teamet var svenskar och de var de sämsta av alla. Sista gänget var bäst och de var inte svenskar. Ha en fantastisk söndag Mats!
Funny that you would ask that Mats. I'm an English carpenter in Sweden. I haven't met a single Swedish carpenter that can make a staircase or cut and pitch a roof, or understand the trigonometry that applies. But they all think they are so superior. I've got tools in my van they have never even seen. For instance a tape measure! Like a modern version of a tumstock!!

Skulle inte vilja anlita några av de där "entrepenörerna", skulle definitivt ange namn på firmor på socialamedier? Har själv haft en köksrenovering som var under all kritik. Ja i slutänden kommer det bli kanon. Alla misstag de gjort är avhjälpta och allt är korrekt nu. Jag kommer i ett framtida klipp att ta upp mera detaljer kring "entreprenaden". Why not share the name of the contractor to help other people avoid them?
Well, I have seen this guy's work before an he have always done a good job. Now he brought in subcontractors and I don't got the name on them. He said it would be the last time he would use subcontractors that he haven't worked with before. He lost a lot of money due to the poor workmanship of the contractors. He finished the job and I got a big rebate on the job. So I don't think it's fair to hang him out. Have an amazing Tuesday Henrik!

That is pathetic. The standard of workman ship in Sweden is terrible. I have been a carpenter for 25years and I have seen better work done by clients. This is what Swedish unions and fika does.
Thank you for the comment Jamie. I can see you are really in to this topic. Of course there exist good Swedish carpenters as well. I had a contact with a really good one but he decided to become a captain of a boat instead.
@@offgridsweden I am very much into the subject. The standard here is extremely low. Everything has been simplified by the nanny state and unions. I have been showed round a building college in the town I live in. I was shocked at the level that is taught.
@@jamiemarchant2687Yea, the standard is very low. Even I know more on housebuilding then they did. How long time would it take for you to build the framework, and do the roofing just as they did but without all the errors? The house is a Attefallshus of 30 square meters?
@@offgridsweden I would have built it different. For instance the floor joists would have been impregnated and I would have used friction fitted polystyrene. But me and a labourer about 3 weeks. The timber cladding always takes longer than anticipated.
