  • Peter Pan Speedrock was established in 1995 in the Netherlands by guitarist Peter van Elderen. He was initially joined by drummer Bart Nederhand and bassist Bob Muileboom to record their first self-titled album. Bob Muileboom was soon replaced by Bart Geevers, who became a permanent fixture in the band. Known for their straightforward, no-frills approach to rock 'n' roll, Peter Pan Speedrock quickly earned a reputation for their energetic live performances. They often featured Dikke Dennis, a guest singer and charismatic stage presence, enhancing their shows' appeal. Over two decades, the band became a prominent figure in the Dutch rock scene, culminating in a sold-out farewell concert in November 2016 at the Effenaar venue in Eindhoven.
The band's discography includes several notable albums such as "Peter Pan" (1997), "Rocketfuel" (1998), and "We Want Blood!" (2010), each reflecting their robust and raw musical style. After their initial disbandment, Peter Pan Speedrock surprised fans by announcing a comeback in September 2021, signaling a new chapter for the band and their loyal following.
