      The flow is slowest in the centre and fastest on the outside. When the jellies move to the outside area of the tank they can pick up some serious speed! Cam

    I heard that jellyfish tanks are notorious for having filtration issues. Will you be addressing specific filtration concerns like what most Jellyfish tanks experience? Do you start it with bacteria like Dr. Tim's?

    • @GalleryAquaticaTV

      We’ll do a video on the setup process and what can be done to prevent water quality issues. I had some teething issues when I first set up the tank but I’ve modified the filtration media setup and it’s working much better now. Cam

    -Can the aquarium accommodate any other type of Jellyfish, or is it exclusively designed for MoonJellies?
    -How many Jellyfish do you recommend for a single tank?

    Has there been any updates for this? I bought the tank the other day and am trying to find more FAQs about the set up and what to do as the book it comes with and the items aren't that clear. Can't find any other information besides this video. Do you plan to have more about how to set up the tank, the first 30 days, and future care? For instance one thing that I've tried to call up about is that the book says to put the salt into the tank then fill up, but the salt bag says to make it outside the tank and leave it for an hour before pouring it into the tank. I don't want to make any mistakes for my little jellies as a beginner

    Call me an ignorant or a troll if you like. But to be honest, I feel sad for those creatures. I bet when they die they keep going in circles inside that tank. I don't know, I just feel it's not OK. ☹️

    • @miphaestrella1606

      It’s actually preferable tank compared to square tanks a constant current is not only healthier but it keeps the jelly from getting stuck soooo

    • @GalleryAquaticaTV
      @GalleryAquaticaTV Před 8 měsíci +2

      The jellyfish are Aquacultured as part of a breeding program for large public aquariums. They have a relatively short lifespan and lack a central nervous system, they are non sentient beings. The system design has been developed specifically to be ideal for jellyfish requirements of flow and oxygen. Ample food is provided. A lack of corners, rocks and predators ensures their lifespan is stable and maintained in better condition than those found in the wild.
