It sounds like Pisces' counterpart is really immature, and could deal with ALL of their uncertainty about what's up with Pisces by speaking to Pisces. There's also some arrogance with that immaturity, namely, that they assume Pisces' silence doesn't mean Pisces has no intention of having them back. Pisces dodged a bullet, in my opinion.
