Ingredients:
200 gr grated parmesan cheese
½ litre milk
50 gr flour
Utensils:
Bowl
Small pan
Whisk
Method:
Put the flour in the pan, slowly add the milk while stirring continuously with the whisk. Place the pan on the hob on slow heat. Continue to stir for about 10 minutes until the mixture gets thicker. After about 5 minutes start adding the parmesan gradually a little at the time. Switch the hob off once the sauce reaches your preferred consistency (depending on what you are going to use it for).
