  • These Tsuki T7 knives are fantastic. I just bought a used set for myself. Hardness is HRC60 which is impressive. I sharpened it on the Tormek T8 at 240, 960 and 1,500 grit and the results impressed me.

I was pretty pissed off for a while but in the end the ham in me had to get back in front of the camera. Appreciate your support. Just got fully monetised on Saturday so hopefully this time if I can keep my smart mouth shut and not offend the left in any way they will let me grow to the point that I can make a decent living with this. Already made $19 in ad payments! Might buy a motorhome. I want to pack up and travel, sharpening knives as I go.

Yeah, it should cut through easier. Sounds sharper too.

A great demonstration on how versatile and great the often underrated, 'standard' stone is.

A vastly under rated, almost miraculous multi grade stone like no other.

As usual perfect sharpening technique. Just curious, why the channel name change?

Thanks. I truly love sharpening on the Tormek.
As for the “iSharpen” name change; I always liked it and I just think it’s more brandable and way shorter going forward. Plus I can use it in my titles for instant recognition.
Findon Knife Sharpening was ok for the old channel but it was tainted for me on here because of what happened. It never really got me any more work and I wanted a change. Fresh start and all of that. You no likey?

Sorry about the late reply. I think the new name is excellent. Here in North Carolina we have a Beauty Shear Sharpener who calls his business ISharpenIt. I did more research and learned that you had your free speech violated. I'm glad you are back on CZcams. Your sharpening expertise and humor are knife ASMR.
