Everyone's talking about how amazing this is (and it is) but I'm here wondering how many times he had to change. If you watch re-watch the video you'll notice that he has a different shirt for every song
If you notice, at the end with the last two songs it shows will in all the shirts, so maybe with each shirt he sang certain songs, and with all of them sang the same 2 at the end.
He’s wearing three different jackets over the same shirt. Like you said, he changed clothes but just the jacket or I could be wrong.
