Hi! Since u made a successful batch, cud u advise me about 2 things -
      1. How to avoid fungus formation? Cos it's a Big concern & if it occurs, a big loss!

If you can also look into making thieves oil. Therapeutic only essential oil clove, cinnamon, lemon, rosemary and eucalyptus. Look into piping rock for wholesale prices..
Use fractionated coconut oil as a base. Look up recipes online and use this daily around people at work, or anywhere in public. Helps with immunity, bug bites that itch and or hurt but definitely takes away itch. Also, it helps with burns so if you burn in kitchen immediately ice and then use as topical. Never ingest only spread across chest, collar and under nose. I've found this definitely helped as we live with an older relative and they have zero immunity and get sick very easily; we hardly get sick tho. Take care

I tried it and some of the gooseberries on the top turned black like powder. I am not sure if I can consume it. Is it ok to use?

Morning is best to consume. Because it cools our body. So night time avoid.

Moisture free last long time. Since jaggery is added in it will not get spoiled. Do not allow to enter moisture when you open to drink. Immediately close the lid.

@@universeofopulence After you prepare Amla tonic as said in video. you may refrigerate it for further or later use when required. But daily intake is good for health.
