One of my best friends is an expert on the waterfalls around here. One day she took me to, I think, 9 falls. Each more spectacular that the last. My favorite was Bird Falls, which is on a stretch of river with two other falls --Mill Falls and French Broad Falls. When we can socialize again, you'll have to meet her.

"An amazing almost 70F day" You crazy Southerners lol. 70F anytime before June is WAY to hot. Its winter! Nothing above 45F please. All Joking aside that water in the streams looks nasty. I wouldnt let my dog swim in that. Why is it not clear? Guess I should never leave the North West. You can drink the stream water here.

lol. we’re from L.A. so we like it warm all the time. but you’re right about the water in the PNW - it’s some of the most beautiful we’ve ever seen.
