The fiesta seemed to warm up quickly because the gauge was actually coolant temperature and not oil temp. Coolant heats up a lot faster than the oil.
Was thinking I hope he's not going to send it once the coolants at temp 😂
Need to wait for the oil to be over 83C before hard driving
Lovely car I nearly got a 981S but went with the 718S instead. Not worried about noise.
Oil comes up to temp in 30 seconds.
@D00FY I guess it depends what you're driving but I'm sure it's much longer for the majority of cars. For example it can take like 15 minutes in traffic with my diesel golf
my trick with the fiesta is, when i'm driving 15 min than i will drive it hard

Cause of the PADM error... I believe the suspension may just be stuck in one setting now regardless of the button or sports plus ... until the fault is fixed... don't hold me to that though but thats what Ive read.
its a beautiful car, was gutted when you sold your ST but you have me looking at selling my st to get one of these haha XD how much did you get it for ?
You can get these anywhere from £25k to £35k depending on spec and mileage so definitely worth a look to see what you want!

Thank you mate! It's ok on wet roads but these do like to aquaplane a bit easier than normal cars due to the width of the tire and how light the car is.

Hey I have a MK8 ST and I've been looking at Caymans for a while. What is the power like going from a small turbo to bigger NA? Did you ever try the base 2.7? How does it handle in comparison to the Fiesta? Did you try a manual or regret not getting manual? Thanks!
Hi mate I explain nearer the end of the video about my experience with both caymans as I test drove the 2.7 and 3.4 back to back. Didn’t test drive a manual though. But wanted pdk as I had the manual st before
@@JoshBatesYT Just saw that bit on the "why i bought a 981" video, cheers! Do you think you would rev the 2.7 out more and "use more of the car" compared to the 3.4? - I hear a lot of people saying that. Could you see yourself getting bored of the PDK? Cheers!

Average mpg at the moment is 18 which isn’t too bad considering I’m flooring it all the time 🤣
