    You need an Evolution steel cutting saw blade for your chop saw. And use a protractor to setup the angles on your chop saw

    also no sketch up expert, did my own tray in sketch up also for N80, was a learning curve, pretty happy with it but have decided to hold off building untill i buy some boxes and get the head board angels perfect, all inspired by you guys!

    Hey mate, how much does the tray stick out from the (A) mounting point towards the body? Just trying to figure how much clearance I need to give so I don't hit the body with my headboard haha cheers.
