- So here is the Episode 2 of the Hampta Pass Series.
This was Day 1 and the trek was very easy and short. This day was just to prepare us for next 2 days.
This has been my favourite trip so far and you can see why. Being in the wild with no networks and only peace. What else would make this THE Best?

Yes. Mjhe nahi hua AMS but my friend started having it on the main summit day. He was having a really bad headache utarte time.
Keep yourself hydrated and take short breaks. That will help. Also carry Diamox in case of need.
Yha pe signals kase rehte h .i mean phone me network nhi aate kya yha during this whole trek ...cn anyone tell this

How was he river crossing, i am going next week... little scared.
The river crossing wasn’t that difficult for us. That will come up next in my vlog.
Please hold hands of others and make a chain. Sometimes when the water flow is high it gets really difficult.
We had water coming upto our waists while crossing the river. All the very best!

Hey plz guide , i m going there next week. How's the weather there and how much cloths should I carry to manage backpack weight.
Hi, since it’s rainy season it gets really cold in the night in the camps. Do carry 2-3 jackets that you could repeat.
Don’t forget to take a poncho for rain protection. Try to make your bag as light as possible. If your bag is heavy you can also give it to porters. They charge per day for taking your bag from one campsite to another.

And plz tell me which is the best month to visit Hamta Pass?
I went in July last year and i think June - July is the best because it mostly rains there. But if you go in June or July you might see glaciers like we did on the main day.
It made the trek more adventurous and fun
