$100 total MOST of the time but this was for my daughter so it’s probably $104 😁and no you don’t flip it. There is a recent video I uploaded making the lei as $50 ($25 on each side connected by a ribbon lei) but it shows how the bow tie bills are woven between the ribbons, which makes it looked stacked or just look like 2 rows of bills.

3/8 or 1/4 just depends on the day 😁 but 3/8 grosgrain ribbon is best if you plan on customizing the ribbon with the name etc.
