I have a problem on my device. Every time my device was turned off and on, the wifi kinda stucked in "off" and I can't turn it on. Whenever I turn it on, a popup saying "system.ui isn't responding" will pop up.

You have to install Pixel Experience 12 custom ROM through recovery. Check my old videos where I explain about how to install custom ROMs. Or you can also Google "How to install Pixel Experience 12 on Asus Max Pro M2"
