Never bought anything, cause I've always told them I'm unemployed right now, but probably buy a timeshare in the near future. I only said that to keep me on their mailing list for attending more seminars in the future. I like the free prizes just for attending the seminar, mostly it was just gift cards💳, sometimes they offer free lunches🥪, as well. I didn't mind spending all day just to get the those free prizes😀👌

My mother died, next thing I am getting maintenance fees from my dead mother's timeshare. This is a nightmare. Fortunately she doesn't owe anything, but why do I have to pay anything. I never bought this thing. My name isn't on any deeds. I feel like I am being attacked by a giant leach.

My mother died almost 2 years ago and it still has not been resolved. I wish I could warn other people to never be tempted by their persuasive lies. If I recall, these timeshares can be inherited as per the contract or whatever. So, unfortunately, you got to deal with it. The even shittier thing is that from what I've heard is that it's hard to get out of it. :/
Anyone hired their own attorney and did their own legal paperwork and how much did they pay I was told by someone that they got out of it raining a hardship letter and they paid $1000

Don't buy a timeshare in the first place! When people are victims of fraud, that puts them at risk for anti-fraud solutions that are themselves fraudulent. Once you start losing your money, be wary of losing even more. Basically, never trust companies with big promises unless you do some research about their promises. Timeshare Termination Team was an upbeat and believable company until they declared bankruptcy in October, 2021.
I threatened to burn the place to the ground. I told Jeff "How high will the flames be? Can you picture it?...I will be in prison but your place will be ashes...Is it worth it to you?" Long story short, out of my contract! Jeff & I are still friends. 👍
The law need to start being more aggressive against this time share with is just an ideia not a product.

I got out of a WORLD MARK easily and with absolutely no cost. Just inquire about their exit program. Don’t pay big bucks to the exit companies
