When the iron supply in the body is depleted due to one thing or another, the result is a condition known as anemia. In order to correct this imbalance, or iron deficiency, we ingest certain foods which are particularly rich or abundant in iron in order to restore balance."

As your company continues to grow, the role of your team will have to take on more responsibilities. Someone mention delegating but delegating without clear direction can be catastrophic. Hence, all your lead people must be on the same page in terms of goals, timelines and objectives. If you find yourself doing a lot of micromanaging, then that means your (leads) reps are not being proficient. At the same time you don’t want to be so disconnected from “operations” that you are lost when these nut and bolts Essie arises. So yes, equilibrium is the ideal when you have a well oiled machine in place. Remember Organizations that don't grow are generally dying.
Hey Brother Ben, before becoming COO of my current company, I served as an Executive Assistant. One of my biggest pieces of advice to you is to have a delegate for each area. You have to allow others around you that you trust to focus on that particular area for you, then you check. Also, I’d also suggest a kind of calendar that had everyone’s availability on it so you know when to call meetings etc. I could write so much more but if you’d like to ever have a chat I’d be more than willing. CEO is a challenging role for sure and you’re doing just fine. This is part of the process. Sacrifice of some kind will always be made TRUST ME. Instead of random meetings and your team have to drop everything to come together, just have regular meetings at a certain scheduled time per week or twice a week, if theirs nothing to discuss then end the meeting early. same applies to your customers if they need something to be talked about then give them the meeting date you already established, Monday Wednesday / Tuesday Thursday etc or whatever works. heavy is the head... good luck!

4:56 Everything really comes down to problem and solutions, why not have them send you video message with the problem and you respond back with the solution in a video message so they get it when they become available etc. everyone just has to be clear on the problem and solutions.
