Here we are! Another vlog. This video spans over a few days around the Christmas period.
It was so good to see Carrie again! Sorry there wasn't much footage of us afterwards, but we weren't thinking about vlogging because we had so much to chat about and catch up on... (kissing) :)

I do hope the secret santa thing was merely an accident or someone else thiefed off with his present (at random), rather than being cruel enough to do that to a person. I've had that done to me on purpose, which really sucked. Good on you for heading out to buy him a gift anyway. You is good people.
With secret santas...As a caution someone always has to run it and know who got who, so people can be held accountable. So sad.
a beamzn yes! When I was in school this one nasty kid never bought a gift for his secret Santa, all the kids new who it was each year (just because we knew what he was like) but the teacher never knew for sure so it just kept happening every year

Bless you. Watching this many many months after it was filmed but as the Mum of someone quiet who has been left out (intentionally in our case by someone nasty) thank you for going out and getting Sam a gift! Someone also did this in my daughters case and she still remembers.

You truly are an amazing person! I've had that secret santa issue happen to me, and it does upset you. Well done to you for running round to get something, the poster is definitely true! Amazing truly amazing. And the moment you saw Carrie... Love the slow mo of her walking, and the embrace 😍. Exactly the same as me and my boyfriend when we haven't seen each other for a while.

im usually the one who brings an extra random gift or two with me to things like secret santa or any sort of gift giving party just to make sure someone doesn't get left out... it always breaks my heart if someone dosnt get something

Poor Sam was me last year. Everyone else had gotten their Secret Santa gifts and I was sat thinking “mine must be the last in the bag”. Then one of the guys said “wait - where’s Katie’s??” and he started feeling really bad too. I got it a couple of days later, we quickly figured out who my secret Santa was because they were the only one off sick that day.

Okay I feel stupid but what exactly is panto? I thought it would be miming like without words, and then you were singing a song from TGS? somebody please explain it to me 😂
It’s like a comedy play based on classic fairytales. Kids love it, but it can be enjoyed by anyone!
It’s like an interactive musical, there are generally pop songs put in and a clear good and evil
To add to what others have said, it’s generally very silly, but good fun, where the audience get involved (shouting etc) and it’s generally done around Christmas. I think it’s mostly a uk thing

Is the show a compilation of songs from other things? I wasn’t sure why a greatest showman song was in there! x
it's a pantomime (which is a bit hard to explain if you aren't British), but essentially yes - they usually use songs that are currently popular in addition to the story.
Emily Matthews I am indeed British! I haven’t seen pantomimes since I was a kid so I didn’t realise they didn’t write their own songs, but thinking about it the whole story is based around a story that’s already written - I didn’t think they’d use modern music tho? Guess it makes sense
