Nirvana Shatkam in Kannada | Aatma Shatkam

With a total of Six Slokas, Nirvana Shatakam is a amazing composition to understand the true self. Nirvana means complete equanimity or liberation and Shatakam means six which in complete means the six slokas of liberation or equanimity.
It’s a hymn of self-realization. Reciting and meditating on this divine hymn is a great way to realize oneself and feel the divine bliss of Chidananda swaroopa, who is lord Shiva himself.
