- Ya, you’re seeing this right. I’m back in the B6 Stalogy. It always felt like home and while I’ve enjoyed my short affair with Hobonichi planners, I needed to have a bit more fun and the Hobonichi planners just aren’t as much fun for me. I don’t enjoy drawing out monthlies but I also didn’t want to just slap down some printables so I think I found a good compromise for that and am back at it!
I know this is a long one so use your video speed settings if you need. I do it all the time lol.

Thanks for sharing! I was debating if I wanted to use a Stalogy for 2024 or just regular planner. But I really like this! It’s fun and I can be creative and do my own thing. I ordered mine! Getting it tomorrow and can’t wait. Thank you for doing this video because I’m going to get a lot of ideas from you :)

I LOVE the Stalogy! I bought a Hobo cousin, but I keep getting drawn back to the Stalogy 😂. I ask myself, why do you want to draw out everything? 😂😂😂. I think I enjoy the flexibility of the blank page, and that I can make each week (or day) different if I want. I feel like there are very few of us out there, so I really enjoy your channel and Vixxie’s.
I loved the Hobonichi Cousin (and the A6) for a while because I didn't have to draw anything out but then I realized I should just make the monthlies easier to draw instead. Works great now! I agree, the flexibility is key for me! I like having random notes and drawings and stuff in between days and weeks.
That’s why I’m so excited for the common planner. I don’t have or draw out everything but have the flexibility/creativity of all the blank pages.
@@JustScribble I wanted so much to love the Common Planner because I felt like it was the perfect middle ground of the structured Cousin and the unstructured Stalogy. In the end it wasn't for me but it's such a beautiful planner and I really hope it works for your needs!! 💕
Exact same here. First time using a hobonichi cousin and I use the daily pages just like my b6. Thinking about ditching my happy planner altogether and using a cousin and b6 stalogy for everything.

Ok so I'm very grateful you mentioned using a pre dated was boring. I've been having this convo with some friends the past couple of weeks because part of me really wants to go into a pre-dated book so I don't have to bother setting up each day but then I wondered if I would miss it, despite not even having a whole lot of time to get it set up. It's an annoying cycle I'm stuck in 🙄
OMG you're the only other person (besides myself) I've heard who has said "if you really need to make a change, you'll do it now". YES! Why wait?! That's why I don't get new years resolutions. Why wait? Start now! (I feel like an infomercial)

I really did want to like not having to set stuff up but I really couldn't do it anymore. I kept talking about how I wanted to "play" in a planner because I never played in any of my planners. It was just straight business, even with stickers and washi.
And I'll have you know I just told my husband that I need to go to Australia so we can film a funny infomercial for our channels about this. He rolled his eyes at me. 🤣🤣🤣
