The reason Barry wasn't bleeding after fighting Savitar, whereas he was when he fought Zoom is because Season 3 Barry is exponentially more powerful and more connected to the Speed Force than he was back in Season 1, and early Season 2. He has the strongest connection of every good speedster we've seen, thus he heals faster and is more durable.
