Working without visa is also a crime. It does not fall in ‘murder’ category, but still a crime, just as cyber crime is a crime

Sir Dilip here from Conestoga College studying one year Post graduate program, My question is that I will complete my first program in last week of April 2024 and I have received offer letter for 2nd year program September 2024-2025 so before I apply for Study permit extension can I continue to work as soon as I graduate or should I file Study permit extension first and then continue working after my first program? Its not a scheduled leave but its just that I am enrolling for New program in September 2024

You skipped one question which was that if anyone didn’t get a part-time job through their entire study then is it necessary to do the job on sin number?

I thought we need to stop working after we get letter of completion and not final grades. Thats what my college told.

In my study permit, point no 3 for off campus employment is missing, but I have SIN. I checked ircc website and it clearly says that student can only work if point is mentioned. I am getting jobs but not able to do because of this and I am in need of job as well. Request a video 🙏
