Here are the ingredients
Onion 2 & ½ big size
cooking oil for frying
chicken boneless 2pound
ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
salt 1 tsp.
red chili powder 1sp
Tandoor powder 1 tsp
turmeric powder 1 tsp
garam masala powder 1 tsp.
cumin powder 1 tsp.
coriander powder 1 tsp.
Yogurt plain ½ cup
corn flour 4 tablespoon
amchur ¼ tsp.
chat masala ¼ tsp.
Backing powder ¼ a tsp.
Fenugreek dry ½ tsp.
lemon juice 1tbspn
hand full of mint & cilantro leaves
Biriyani Masala 1 tbsp.
Tomato sauce 1/2 cup
2 & ½ cups basmati rice
cooking oil 1 tablespoon
salt 1 tsp.
coriander leaves
mint leaves
Pepper corn 3
clove 3
cardamom 3
shah zeera /caraway seeds 1tbsp
cinnamon sticks 2
