The main benefit of attending Vipassana is that it reduces emotional reactivity, which causes less suffering. We get less frustrated/irritated/hurt/insulted/upset/angry/scared. And if we talk about OCD so Without knowing the nature and gravity of your OCD, I cannot really straightaway tell on this. but you can very well register for a course, reach the venue in time, and have a talk with the conducting teacher for a proper guidance. But if you attend the course you will definitely see the benefits.

Apko Jana hoga vipasana centre..... without going u can't understand what is happening inside you....mam agar app Gyan ya education lene k soch Rahi ho to class toh attend karna hoga knowledge lena k liya class toh Jana hoga,book toh kholna hoga insab k liya school to Jana hi hoga na..toh tik usi prakar Vipassana Jana k liya 10 din waha rah kar janana hoga Bina gay vipasana kase hota hai ye possible nahi hai .....look nearest vipasana center and apply online...mam ne sayad upload Kiya hai how to apply vipasana app usko dhekh loo.....be happy

Vipassana course free hota hai..jaise ki maine me btaya hai isme aapko koi fees nhi lgegi. Kam dino ka course hota hai lekin uske liye Hume kam se kam ek 10 din wala course karna hota hai. Aap Vipassana ki website pr bhi check kr skte hai.

Bhai 10 din bhi kum hai ye toh ajj ka time ke lia short kia gya hai nhi toh agr ache se Krna ho toh pehle 30 din ka shivir hote the islia 10 din compulsory hai ..iske Bina seekh ni paogey
