How to Set (Trailer Tongue Weight) for Jet-Ski Waverunner (PWC) Final - Adjustments Part (3)

I Show what my final adjustments for my trailer tongue weight wound up at . Which is for a Wave-runner Jet-ski or Any PWC - 10 - 15% of loaded (PWC) weight , from what information I found ( Caution Boat trailers have different specs.)
