You have inspired me! I am in The Word more, & that, coupled with creativity, are what God has shown me is going to help me heal from a very long, painful trial, & the word He's given me is: THRIVE! I've just been surviving. Being creative, with reading, is helping me connect more to Him, & hold on to what I'm reading. I just bought a small bible from Hobby Lobby for $12, & I'm going to use it either as a prayer bible (marking subjects like fear, God's promises, etc) or just focus on a "fear not" theme. I can't believe how long this journey has been. It's been amazing journey all the way to heaven gates together hand & hand and our Bibles in the other✍📖😍🐈💕☕
I've got two chunky monkies..I just can't bring myself to journal in them...I was SOOOO blessed with them...one I got at good will a kjv..for only .99!! They r 12 to 15 at walmart and one was free from walmart lol..I seen it on the shelf..no price tag..I asked if I could have it because of that..they said sure!!! FREE!!! that was years ago..but what a blessing!!!
Found so many ideas for my little cuddle Bible from this video. I had no room in mine but I have more Bibles so covering some text is gonna be my way to decorate as well, just like yours. So happy. Thank you for the inspiration ❤️

Your book is beautiful! I’ve been a scrapbooker for over twenty years and recently started dabbling in Bible journaling. It’s a beautiful way to spend time with the Lord. I have not seen one like your mini book here. I love it!
We don't have alot of money..so I got creative and grabbed q tips and my acrylic paints one day and dotted different colors all-over a couple of pages..or I grab my colored pencils or my gel highlighters and go to town...its still really fun to do

When stamping in your bible try stamping on a piece of paper first then on your bible page. It will give you a lighter impression and may not bleed through as much or at all.
I finally found a couple compact KJV Bibles with a very readable 10pt font and I believe both are red letter. One from Amazon and the other, I can't remember where I got it. Both are about 4x6-ish and close to 2in thick, due to the larger font. Despite the thickness, both are quite easy to carry about. I have a black (silver guild) and the other is purple (also silver guild). Both are faux leather but have a very nice feel in your hand. I have some gel Bible highlighters but they left my pages somewhat stickies...is that normal or maybe just the brand I have?

It's a nice little Bible. If you scroll down, there are other similar options. Font is 10point and somewhat bold...easy to read; Smythe sewn, red letter, maps etc., But still a "basic" Bible...not a reference Bible. If you want a font larger than 10point you may need to up-size to a personal size which isn't usually all that much larger and you may find more options. I have a compact, large print, purple Bible but I think I got it from Christian book.com when they were having a sale. This website has great selection

When I first saw your videos a few years ago I thought I couldn't do this because I would "make too many mistakes, and and cover the words", but you explained it here and I think I can give it another try. I love the idea that you study in different bibles, bring it back to these particular bibles, and it further inspires you to connect it personally through your creativity. Thank you. 💕

I use clear sticky notes in place of Vellum because it's easier to use for me.

What are the clear frame sheets with flowers? Also the long flower bookmark looking strips? Not washi tape but the clear flower sheets. Not vellum.

have you ever use crayons on your bible, Im very curious about that, I think they can work well because they dont bleed thru the page.

If you find that's happening you may be applying too much product. I suggest that you start rubbing or blending it out after you apply to your Bible

Oh my goodness. I was going through CZcams diy and figured out you turned Gods word into a junk journal
As long as you plant God's word into your heart. Plant those seeds and grow your Bible garden
