What would be the workflow with this? You carbonate it in pressurized keg before then fill this? To cool it, can you remove the top part?

Once I pressurize the ManCan can I detach the perfect pour regulator and the dispense kit for transportation
yes! you only turn on the regulator when pouring. you should probably pull the pressure relief valve to vent the extra pressure built up during transportation when you reattach the regulator for pouring at your destination.
Hello - after having this for a week or so. Is it worth it? very interesting in purchasing one? any issues with the regulator as discussed on other forums? appreciate your help!!
after a year... yes, especially with the current regulator design it is still amazing!
Bad part about mancan keg is it won't fit in fridge with all that protrusion sticking out.

my regulator worked for the first two pints and then it stopped working. they will be sending all of us new regulators sometime this month

+TheStudioNick I definitely will... as soon as I get the fixed regulator. many of them were defective and so they are mailing every customer a replacement this month

You Purge the keg (pressure release) breifly to evacuate the head space of oxygen, so it's only co2, so you don't oxidize / ruin your delicious beverage from the all generous beer gods lol. How's it held up till now
