Such a cute and cozy build! I've been doing a lot of propagating and repotting of my house plants this week, so when I saw the shelves in the window, I was like, "I could fit so many plants on that bad boy" 😂

I haven't been to the San Myshuno world in a hot minute; you even provided "sherbet" to cool things down! It's a perfect color palette for your lovely actors in this story. The use of different color swatches in the glass panels as a shower wall must be my favorite part of this particular build. 😀

Like what you did with that apartment and city living is one of the better packs. Too bad the busk feature doesn't usually work. For example, as soon as your sim goes over to play the guitar, without fail another npc sim always beats them to it.
Yeah, I noticed that with the performance stages around the city, but when I bought one and put it in my inventory and carried it around with me I didn't have any issue.
@@Schnuck01 That's actually the first thing I tried. But it didn't work as they just both end up looking awkward as they play at the same time within a few feet of each other. Does that happen with you? Or does the performing npc sim then leave the scene after your sim starts playing their guitar from their inventory?
What are some of your favorite CC that you have used?
I really don't use CC, don't get me wrong, I love CC, but years ago when I did use CC I spent more time downloading then actually building with it . I do use mods.
