This is how it was done back in the day. When 7 monochromatic lasers were the height of dance event technology. First track is - Diss Reaction - Jiiieeehaaa
i remember helter skelter at Windsor Horse area... it was such a trek that night to get to the venue and it was filthy and at the height of winter... when the rave finished we went back to the car and I kid you not there was like 2 cm of ice on the windscreen we had to chip it off with a rock.
Lasers set up and operated by the original Oracle laser boys, Chris, Paul, Tony Starmam and Michael. 2 x 5 watt colour twin head water cooled , 2 x air cooled 500mw Argons or fibre optic split 15watt argon I think and 1 x 500mw air cooled colour on top. We also attached 2 x fibre optic scan heads to one of the dancing girls on stage not shown in this video that looked very cool. Operating laser for the 90s ravers was amazing time will never forget it .
man we should start a reunion party for those who want to re live old school ... just some decks and a simple setup and just mix out some tunes.. Man im willing to setup my decks for anyone who wants just chill and bring back some memories..
I am currently in the process remastering FOD4 'The Dream' from our original master. Should be ready in about 2 weeks. Because i'm going back to the masters on this the quality will be as it was on the original release. I'll update as i get closer to release : )
help set up most of the partys from 1987 to 1997 still in contact with most of the djs and the crew we are ever were it will never be the same but we still all party on all the best from tintin

Or Kellyville farm rave with flying foxes...or Eckythump...SV3 at the scout park with the trance trail...or Sonic with their spider laser at Brookvale...or maybe Candy flip down in Canberra after the Anna wood if she could affair... But this party had the soil pounding underneath your feet due to the unprecedented amount of wattage coming out of those stacks - and Paul Holdens 'Phur' was the tape of choice...
Have seen this so many times, own the VHS myself, and only just now - while sharing a memory with a young raver buddy - Found myself dancing at the front . 5:20 I still have that beanie LOL my buddy recognised my dancing style. I was cleaning out our old archives the other day and came across the masters for this and a box of 79 unsold PAL Format VHS tapes. Eventually I'll get around to remastering this but in the meantime I can make these VHS's available to those who are interested through a common Australian site. Funny thing is my daughter came and watched part of this and her comment was "it's amazing and great to see a show with no phones. Everyone is there to dance."

Back then maps were in a book and pages were missing, we went into a pub and sat for a quicky, we all popped a half each and didn't get there until hours after it started. some nights getting to the parties and crossing other ravers in their journeys was just as good as the night itself.
I miss central station records! And all the tapes all the dj's used 2 put out... Fuck me we were part of a close nit group, I used 2 see the same people week in week out at these things...

I made this thing when I was Directing for Texas 4385 Films. It was indeed an awesome night right up until where i fell backward off the side of the Stage during Mark Dynamix's set lol. Damn i had a sore leg the next day. There is about 200 of the VHS's left in existence and I was looking at putting it on DVD with a few fix ups if there is enough interest.
