Excellent video! A few things to keep in mind - get your folds tight and smooth, because when you push the star into shape it will rely on those clean folds and smooth lengths of paper in between to retain itself. Use a crisp dollar bill, and before you close the folds together tug on them tight to make sure it is tight. I used a paperclip to help me mold it into shape (stick the paperclip in the figure and use it to keep a point in the figure)
Thank you for the video. Making origami out of dollar bills is a hobby of mine. I enjoy leaving them as tips. Your instructional video is one of the clearest I have seen thus far. I hope to see more of your talents soon.
@sstephmonster223 no thats pretty clear.... unlike printer paper, dollars have pictures, so u can see "he folds this cormer to george's nose" or watever
This would be so much easier to follow if you explained what you were doing, such as how far in your diagonal fold went in. That’s important for making this work. After trying several times I gave up.
Hi, sorry for making you frustrated. I tried looking up another video or page with this exact fold but it appeared that no one else has it.
