I'm a bunny mom and I'm glad to see cheeks has a friend now too! Hazel is adorable! How scary he was on his own outside for so long though. I'm glad he's safe and sends like a pretty docile little dude.
When I get upset by current events, I watch your videos for comfort. Its so calming to see your well cared for menagerie.

A CROWN ROYAL WHISKEY BAG!!! I didn't know they drank that in the USA too. There is a Factory close to where I live in Manitoba but my parents always drank Crown Royal and I used those bags for so many things growing up and I actually have bin looking into getting Sugar Gliders but I am waiting for a breeder to get another litter, but I know exactly what I am going to use as a bonding/sleeping pouch now.
When I was in High School my dad worked at Liquor warehouse, and would bring home empty Crown Royal bags for us to put stuff in. This is the second one I've seen online today. I wonder if he's trying to tell me something?
I use one for dice 😂 They’re excellent for safekeeping! Nice and soft too, I can see why it would make sugar gliders comfortable.
Manitoban here. I use CR bags for a lot of game pieces. They're just such nice handy little bags.
Cheeks! I'm glad to see him looking well. Hazel is a gorgeous little bun and I'm sure he'll make a great ambassador. After being abandoned and fostered, Ping Pong and Boomerang are going to enjoy their new permanent home, I'm sure!

This is why I'm happy we have the RSPCA in Australia. They'll always take in animals that don't have a home immediately. They do have a much larger capacity, and it's wonderful to see what you're able to do there at Animal Wonders.

Please have Hazel educate the public on free roam bunnies! They can be litter box trained and are wonderful companions . House Rabbit Society is a great resource! A cage (for bunnies and list animals) is never big enough! Thanks, Animal Wonders!

Have Hazel and Cheeks had any interaction? I don't know the rules about introductions of male rabbits. If they have, do they get along at all?
evan_in_space Cheeks is not a fan of other rabbits. Hazel might be up for it, but it would be too stressful on Cheeks in his old age and fragile health for us to try and get them to live together. We've only had Hazel for a short time, he hasn't even finished his quarantine period, so there hasn't yet been talk about trying to find anther rabbit that needs to be adopted that would also be a compatible companion for him. We'll have to just wait and see how things play out!

Hi I have a parrot question, My Quaker parrot Button has a great relationship with me and she loves to preen my arms, hands, shoulder, hair and face but whenever she preens my face and finds acne she will try to bite it off which of course hurts, I have tried not reacting and just putting her in her cage and I also tried telling her "no no" which she knows means she did something wrong but she doesn't realize that I'm telling her "no no" because she tried to bite off the acne, I don't know how to get her to realize that acne is not something she has to preen and that it actually hurts me, please help!

Now that you pointed it out, I also wonder. She's a great communicator and she's a frequent guest on scishow, and she is good looking, that last point should not matter but it does. I would not describe myself as an animal lover but I love this channel. By not being an animal lover I mean I'm here for the science, not the emotional bond, I am not immune to the later though, Huckleberry does make my heart strings vibrate.

Is there a reason rabbit that came from outside seem so calm? Hazel was calm. I am fostering an adult rabbit named Rascal who was probably abandoned and he is so calm.

Hey animal wonders! I have an american stafford(female) named Azra and a peach faced lovebird (male)named Mango. I don't know how to help them interact. I am scared becouse my dog is quite big, and my parrot is very courious. I have seen how stressed my dog is when i talk to Mango, and i really want to make her more relaxed. Azra is playful, and by playing has killed one of my birds, named Sarah. I am scared, that maybe that will happen to Mango too, and i need some tips to prevent that from happening(I am really sorry for my bad english)
