Ingredients:
All purpose flour - 4 tbsp
Curd - 1 tbsp
Rice flour - 1/2 tsp
Food colour (orange)- 1 pinch
Sugar - 1/ cup
Oil to fry

Your cooking, your smile and your way of talking makes the video lovely and sweet. I was getting bored and was searching for some tasty recipes. Now got it and gonna try it..
Tips for everyone:
1. Don't heat the oil too much jalebi easily jal jati hai
2. Be generous with the oil while cooking or jalebi will be flat and taste like potato
3. Chasni me pani thoda zyada dale, to behtar rahega. Mera wala kuch zyada hi meetha ho gya tha. Aur lemon precisely daliyega nhi to bitter ho jati hai
4. Shape to humara banne se rha. Start by making small ones and gradually make bigger shapes.
5. It's ok even if the batter has very small lumps. Doesn't make any difference.
6. Batter patli hogi to jalebi nhi banegi. So, it’s better to make a thicker batter just to stay on the safe side
7. Cook karne ke liye flat bartan hi use kijiega. I couldn't make it in a circular kadhai

try adding 2pinches of baking powder rather than baking soda. and add 5 drops of vinegar, it helps in making curd sour and hence amazing jalebis, perfectly crispy and juicy inside, always use a flat bottom pan. follow these tips and jalebis won't be flat.I love Kabits recipe, but m a hardcore jalebi lover and tried tons of recipes so giving these tips as it makes them the best. be kind to every human and animals.
