And I just want to point out something you guys missed in that reflection scene... you can actually see Steven's breath fog up the glass a few moments before Marc takes control and summons the ceremonial armor, adding an extra level of realistic perception to the shot when-as mentioned by Joe-there was likely no glass actually there during filming.

Alberto Mielgo, the director/artist of "The Witness," (which he won an Emmy for) was one of the original conceptual artists for "Into the Spider-Verse," but for whatever reason he was let go when Lord & Miller came onboard. If you compare his concepts & storyboards to the finished product you can see he really should be receiving more recognition for the look of the film than the "visual consultant" credit he received.

Love Death and Robots! MORE OF THEM, PLEASE. Sonnie's Edge, Secret War, Beyond the Aquila Rift, Shape-Shifters, Lucky 13, Snow in the Desert, and Jibaro for Photo-realism and Night of the Mini dead for fun.

That's so cool you've watched them all, so have I. By the way, the "Night of the Mini Dead" was interesting because it used the camera effect "Tilt Shifting", or at least an imitation of it; to give the impression of things being tiny within the image.

@@DanielVerberne Yeah. It makes me wonder if they animated at full size, and then applied the tilt shift

There's so much to talk about in love, death and robots. I just watched the new season yesterday and it's really as good as i hoped it would.

I saw Everything Everywhere All At Once yesterday and now you have to do an episode of vfx artists react AND a stuntmen react episode! Both the effects and the stunts/fights were sooo good! Please! You haaave to!

It would be super awesome if you also discuss the "car chase sequence when the the two guys get killed by a falling log"
That had a very much detail lacking
! Nevertheless the video was super enjoying :)
I'm glad imma part of Corridor!

Moon night is a interesting example of a show that has some really clever VFX implementation and some very poor CG and other action elements at times.
What's really impressive is how many effects shots are actually in the show that you don't realize, they don't appear to be effect shots.
But then the ones that you notice. Oh boy, they're pretty rough.

Yea and I don’t understand how does Disney/marvel not have enough budget for it??
