Dunno if you ever read these, but the effect you're achieving here is NOTHING like what was done with "cross processing"! The effect was to render the photographs as tremendously grainy with NO natural color - usually with an orange value overall, although that could be varied in the printing process. Lots of fun!!

Yes, I too would love it if Umesh (hope I haven't misspelt your name) did some tutorials on Affinity Photo. Apart from Scott Kelby, I think this young man is the best teacher of Photoshop currently around. Thanks to him I have moved all of my workflow to PS from Lightroom.
