~Make sure you are cool enough. It is proved that when too hot, you are more likely to have nightmares.
~Write in a gratitude journal. This can help you clear your mind about anything and bring out the more positive things before bed.
~Meditate. Meditating can also clear your mind so it is easier to relax.
~Decide that the day is over. Doing this gets your mind and body ready for tomorrow.
~And please stop scrolling through the comments, it’s only going to distract you and make it harder to get to sleep.

Wonderful video Selena, very relaxing. I didn't know if you had tried any character-based videos, because I had the idea for a masked ASMR superhero (in the style of The Incredibles or Batgirl) that I think could be fun. The premise would go something like this. The viewer would be injured or distressed by a villain, but you would show up to help, using your superpowers of ASMR. Throughout the video, the viewer would ask who you really were, but you would tell them how important it is that you wear your mask, and keep your identity a secret, but, at some point, you would trust the viewer enough, to unmask yourself and show them who you really are. I think you would do an awesome job. Keep up the great work.

I come and re-watch this vid all the time. SassySounds your roleplays are just some of your best work. Everything from how you give an instruction, right down to how you look at our "face" when applying the makeup. Noticed how you actually putting makeup on yo fingers. The speed at which this mean girl opens her makeup bottles. I know the ASMR community shares a lot of ideas of execution styles, I'm just sayin' your level of it is top notch.
