- These are the water slides at Raging Waters Water Park in San José, California, United States. The park is situated inside Lake Cunningham Regional Park, making for scenic panoramic views of the lake. Just like the other two Raging Waters venues in California, the park is owned and operated by Palace Entertainment which is clearly visible in the ride lineup of the park: One of the park's signature attractions is the Dragon's Den bowl slide which is a distinctive mark to Palace Entertainment's water parks. Raging Waters San José also features a clone of the infamous Speed Slides at Raging Waters San Dimas (Los Angeles). Unfortunately, the Barracuda Blaster was closed when we visited the park - the ride remained closed for the rest of the 2022 season. The mat slides were also closed, however, these will never reopen.

Unfortunate news, the park's closure just got announced
This park unfortunately announced that they wouldn't be opening for the 2024 season. It's nearby sister waterpark in Sacramento announced that it would reopen under new management. We can only hope that the same thing could happen with this place also.
fortunately, that last part aged well!
