I was never a fan of any of the clubs they played for (Manly here), but always had huge respect for the Morris twins. You knew that your winger or centre on that side of the ground was going to have to be on their game facing either Brett (who I believe was the worlds best winger for most of the 2010s) or Josh.
And it was worse when they were in the same side together which they often were at club and representative level, usually with Brett playing outside of Josh. Lethal in defence and attack when together.

These guys were so good for their whole career! Josh is huge and I don’t think much people could get past him. Brett ran like the wind. But their work off the ball is where they shine.

It’s so sad they didn’t get the proper send off they both deserved due to injury and this covid bs. What an era to grow up watching with these 2 playing! Awesome legends of the game and I hope there coaching career really goes well 🙌
