I was once hired by someone to interview and shoot her at her video shoot in the meat packing district in NY. I was sitting, actually waiting for a break in the shoot to go and interview her when, she came over to me and said hi.....with all her pearly whites in my face. I don't believe she knew what I was there for, but nevertheless, she was down to earth and engaging.

When people keep asking Kim about her nose specifically, she explained this years back. She did initially get a nose job simply because she wanted one but she said she was dealing with physically abusive men who broke her nose more than once. And they also emotionally abused her. She said she had to go get her nose fixed right after the initially nose job cuz whoever she was dealing with, broke her nose. She may have had complications afterward. I think it's more so all the make up she puts on her face but she always wore a lot of make up even in the early days.

But, after watching some of her recent interviews, I really dig her personality. I don't remember how she used to come off in interviews back in the day, but I know see her as beautiful inside and out.
