- Hi folks! Shenuka here.
Slightly ambitious project here and I'm quite happy with how it turned out!
Using references is pretty essential in finding new things to express and new ways to express things so I'd recommend getting used to it.

Odissi,my favorite traditional dance form!
That's so great to hear :D
This was some really good tips as I'm looking to getting into animation. I used to shoot archery back in highschool. When the bow is drawn back it "bows" back as you draw the arrow back. One little attention to detail you missed, but this was a great tutorial as I have learned some techniques from it.
Good point!
THANK YOU 🙏🙏 for representing our indian dance form . love you from 🇮🇳
Thank you for the video,
It's a good process, I'll definitely try this myself
We're so glad to hear :D
The animation looks great!
But why can't you use the new mult editing option for filling? It'd save much time!
I think that's because of the lines. There are many gaps here so the fill won't work as intended
This is so fantastic! I’m so glad to have found your channel- it really helped me to break through my resistance to diving into Blender for animation! I always learn something new from your videos, keep going and making amazing stuff!
Thank you! Welcome to the channel :D
Keep up what you're doing. Amazing content as usual.
Much appreciated!
love it
thank you for the video! it's very informative
You're so welcome! Glad you liked it :D
WooooooooooW❤️

You're welcome
I love your videos!
Thanks so much for watching :)
Awesome video
Thanks!
Amazing
Thank you! Cheers!
Wow outstanding 😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮
Awesome tutorial! Thank you!
However, her pose pulling the bow is a little awkward. Her left hand should be a little more outstretched to show tension.
nice work
Thank you! Cheers!
So talented as always, Shenuka the best!
I would take a year to make a video like this!
All those frames in between :o
Anyway I got a new pc with a 12 gb Ram video card, I hope rendering times will be better now!
Thank you so much!! Good luck with your renders :D
@@TeamMiracles experimenting some parallax effect videos now based on your tutorial 😎
This is fucking Doooope
I'm such a noob. I had no idea you could do 2d animation on Blender, I thought it was 3d only. But how do you get to that setting?
When you open a new file there is the default option for a 2D animation file :) This will lock you to a single axis and its easier to start that way. You can also create a greasepencil object (shift+A) in 3D space as well and draw over your 3D objects.
How Long did this take you? Great inspiring work!
About 2 or 3 weeks :)
Make animation like gingerpale
Hi shenuka mam, inspired, joined in discord in order to learn something from u🥰
Awesome! We're glad to have you onboard :D
Hello team...i have a story for a animated short...do you guys accept project may i know?...i want to make it for film festivals..pls do reply so that we can discuss further
How many indian viewers are here like here💝 love from assam🙏
Me too are you learning animation as well? 🤧
To do the scetches in blender did you use grease pencil?
Based on the prior videos, I think it's grease pencil
From the tools being used, if you are familiar with the program, you can tell it is Grease Pencil.
Beautiful work! Thank you so much for sharing your art and your process.
Genuine question...did you just click on this video without reading the caption/title of the video to see what the video was about before deciding that you wanted to watch it?
@@chocofro3 It showed up as an interest so I checked it out as you did and asked questions and received an answer from the person who did the illustration. What's your point?
India
Don't hate on my comment but, the animation feels so janky, more power to your improvement as an animator
Not at all! Thanks for the feedback :)
@@TeamMiracles Thank you for responding nicely you're a good sport 😁 i really wish every animator to develop butter smooth animation techniques
