I make these Baked Potatoes every week. My family loves them - Super easy recipe

The best baked potatoes, crispy on the outside and very tender on the inside. They are very tasty. Very easy and economical recipe.
Ingredients:
5 potatoes - approximately 1 kg
an onion
a red pepper
5 cloves of garlic
salt and ground pepper to taste
a teaspoon of dried thyme
A teaspoon of sweet pepper
a little oregano
approx. 4 tablespoons of oil
350 g bacon
