Great encauntering your work today !!!
Wow. What a original style. Washing the paper drawing on it and making details. I liked it. I'm gonna try it

Yes!
That was excellent to watch. I know what you mean. I buy art supplies and stare at them for a year sometimes, before I make myself use it.
That's me in a nutshell. đđ
Do it, do it today, for yourself. Don't worry about how it turns out, just enjoy the journey. Art is truly therapeutic, and you'll have the best time :)
Haha thats me too.
Guilty
That's me in a nutshell (1)
i tend to draw tight, exact. thanks for coaxing my out my comfort zone!
Itâs fun to experiment, I still really love to more tight precise illustrations but thereâs a nice feeling of freedom in splashing the paint around too đ
Yea me too its really hard to try loose
Same for me. I tend to overwork my portraits I really need to loosen up! ~I've tried knitting but before I know it I can't get my needles thru because it's gotten so tight! Lol
U don't need scales to draw perfect lines! Wowđź
Ya once you draw regularly its easy to draw line and shapes easily its all about practice
@@nishapunekar8202 sadly not me. I have insanely shaky hands
I agree the initial wash is very loose, but I'd argue your linework is pretty tight (emphasis on "pretty"đ).
The combination works great.
I will try out the wash first, I usually start with the linework, then the wash, and that leads to the instinctive
"must color inside the lines"
I agree, I realised as I was drawing that my linework was tight rather than loose but I guess the overall technique leads to a "loose looking" sketch...mainly avoiding the colouring inside the lines approach which takes away any loose vibes!! :) Always a work in progress :D Thanks so much for checking out the video!
I agree. The finished product is great but my favourite view is round about the 06:00 point.
Iâm gonna try urban sketching after watching this. Thanks. It was lovely.
So how did it turn girl ?đ€
@@healthyvirus2815 i drew one in my ig. Check it out.
As someone looking to enroll in an Illustration program who's only started sketching over the past 3 years, and begun using watercolors over the past year, this is such a helpful lesson! Thank you so much!
You're so welcome Kole! Thanks for watching :)
Oh thank you! Can't wait to try something like this! I draw portraits constantly. Got into old barns and birds. Felt like I couldn't do watercolor paintings because I'm not loose or light. You make it look so doable!
I love how brave and fearless you are just throwing your paint around, I'm working so hard at trying to get loose, you're in inspiration, thank you...I loved this video...
Incredible! You bring out all the charm of urban architecture
I'm a watercolorist and I love the way you share techniques on your videos. Thank you.
Wow. I would definitely hang it on the wall. You didn't even need the headphones to create this AWESOME masterpiece...
This looks so easy, light handed but so beautiful đ„șâ€ïž I think too perfectionist about my drawings and put too much pressure on me. This motivated me a lot. Thank you â€ïž
Yay! So glad to hear it :)
Yea me to
LOVE this sketch! You used three of my favorites together: watercolor, ink and marker! đ
This is absolutely amazing and I am completely blown away
What a beautiful surprise, absolutely adorable artwork w so much personality..you brought it to life..the home speaks âš
I absolutely loved watching you work magic on the paper!
You are an ARTIST - in every sense of the word.
I like loose sketching/painting too, it has a liveliness to it that is lost when a painting is too tight, itâs also more fun. Itâs a good antidote to artists block too. Your paintings are beautiful.
One million thumbs up! I sometimes paint first and then sketch and it feels so much more artistic. Please do more videos like this. - Mike C
This is great, thank you. I really like the way you present your videos, enough information without talking too much throughout. I enjoy sketching with ink and watercolours and love this loose style.
Thank you Frances! âșïžđ
Magnificent! Super grateful finding your awesome sketching techniques!
Normally, these colours would be pretty muddy, but you made them compliment each other nicely! Love it
These look great Taria. Thanks for showing us this technique.
Love this style and the tutorial. You did a good job demonstrating your work. Thank you for sharing this.
You have amazing talent and incredible artistic energy. Thank you for sharing your techniques.
Thank so much Joan!
This is the coolest thing Iâve seen today! Love your style!
I love this video so much - I have watched it several times! đ I'm hoping to try and re-create this technique of yours to be very loose!
So glad that I stumbled across your channel! I recently got really into architectural/ urban/ rural sketching, but I am yet to venture into colour. Watercolour, for me, is my artistic fear- I just don't get along with it whatsoever! I love how it looks, don't get me wrong, but I think I'm just too precious with it, so I don't embrace its true properties that make it such a beautiful medium. Thank you for sharing this timelapse, it really helps me see how to sketch with the medium, I'm going to give it a go now!
It looks so pretty and has such a nice soft look to it
Wow ... with a very little tools you created a live paintings... thank you.
love to see the process see the beautiful result!!
Your work is a beautiful and whimsical representation of the original home. The use of color and the transition areas are very nice. Regards
Lovely painting. You've inspired me to try sketching some architecture, which I've never really done before. We'll see what happens. Thanks for sharing. đ
Just received this in my recommendations...what a beautiful gift...so very inspiring! I just bought watercolor markers...this has given me some ideas! Thank you so much!!
You are crazy talented. So awesome to watch!

I really enjoyed this tutorial from start to finish. I'm a newbie to urban sketching & found it so helpful.
Okay first of all this is beyond awesome.. it looks wonderful. And then you make look so easy and explain in such a nice way.. i can't wait to try this out myself..
I've only drawn people/portraits for the past year. I happened upon this video by chance, what an amazing eye opener! I may have to give buildings a try...
I am very happy! I have been looking for a channel on a city sketch for a long time. Thank you
I havenât painted in over a year and Iâm getting back to studying after a two year gap. Painting used to be my discipline in art school, I now need to do a portfolio for my archi & interior design application (separate applications) and Iâm quite nervous.
Creating art is such a volatile skill. You take too much time off you become rusty, though you get the hang eventually but you start off really rigid, stiff handed and like a beginner almost đ
Please wish me luck. I need the final acceptance more than anything đ§đœââïž
The moment i saw this i know this is good, thank you for blessing my eyes this dayâ€
This was beautifully done. I am beginning to develop an increased interest in sketching, and wished to hang around to get some inspiration, ideas, and lessons. Quite an exquisite technique. Thank you so much for sharing, Taria : ) I'll be back to check out some more of your stuff. Take care, and all the very best! đđ

Crazy about this type of watercolour and pen. Lovely. Thank you.
I loved this video! Wonderful artwork! â€ïžâ€ïžâ€ïž I really want to try urban sketching!
Now this looks like so much fun. It looks great. Iâm honing to watch the tighter video to. Have you ever tried using a FUDE nib on a fountain pen. Itâs one nib that draws thick or thin lines depending on how you hold it. For me the option of two thicknesses in line looks great.
Wow, you are awesome! Great paintings. Beautiful. Love watching your video
Lovely !!!
Very inspiring to make/create.
Good heavens! Thatâs fabulous to watch! â€ïž
Love this style, thank you for showing us x
