My favorite side dish, cut in wedges, for dipping in spicy braised beef noodle soup. Store bought frozen doesn't cut it. Some restaurants can't even do these well. I must try your recipe.

My favorite fried dough "street food" (really fair food) is home made Funnel Cakes with cinnamon sugar.

You can try two thirds regular flour and one third cake flour.
