Chocolate Chip Cookie Pie! Tasty Dessert- It's So Good!

Try a slice of Ooey gooey love! This pie DELIVERS!!!
Try it warm, with ice cream added!
The entire family will be glad you made this pie!
Ingredients:
2 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
3/4 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup chopped nuts
9-inch pie crust, unbaked
Directions:
Cream together eggs, sugar, brown sugar and butter; add flour, mixing well. Stir in vanilla, chocolate chips and nuts, if desired. Spread in pie crust; bake at 325 degrees for one hour, or until center tests done.

Imagine my surprise when l happened upon this recipe! 40 year's ago they had a similar toll house pie that l'd make and everybody loved so much, especially served warm and topped with ice cream. Well, l lost the recipe in almost as many year's ago. So, thank you again because l know this is another winner!
I'll let us both get back to our Thanksgiving preps.
